When we began keeping thousands of songs in our pocket early in the last decade it was a revolution we could have hardly anticipated. Gone were the days where you would hoist around your two or three favorite tapes and/or CD’s of a given moment. Suddenly we could have Boyz II Men and Nirvana at our fingertips at all time, and a whole world of other junk too!

It was a slick deal being able to cram all that music in our pockets but now things have become even stranger. In most cases it is simply easier to plug our iPod or iPhone into some speakers than digging through what for some of us is a four figure cataloged library of music. Luckily the folks at Pyle Audio have some incredibly loud stereo sound docks for our portable musical player, bringing the revolution they stuck in our pockets back into our living rooms.

These units look like well made pieces of furniture as well. This is not your parents’ high-fi per say but it is not far off in the look department with gorgeous wood grain and a thin rounded design that will match perfectly the decor in any modern adult home.
